I have a 2004 f350 6.0, had a turbo blow on it. Put ob new garrett while I had it off I changed the up pipes and icp and irp.
Got it all back and when it started it idled good but would miss on the rpm increase. Sounds like a gas burner with wet distributor.
Changed the icp and irp along with the pig tails changed the vgt pigtail and the ebp sensor and pigtail. When that did not help changed the stand pipes still no help.
Finally got it to throw a code
B1676 Battery pack voltage our of range.
B1316 battery voltage low.
C1185 ABS power relay output circuit failure.
Changed the batteries and alternator.
Still same codes.
Look up and said that I could have a loose ground. I have not messed with any of the grounds. Checked all 8 (I think ) under the hood could find nothing that looked out of place,.
Has anyone had a problem with a bad ground and where else could I look?
I had a bad cable once. It looked fine outside, but had deteriorated inside the sleeve. It's likely not your issue, but I wanted to throw that out there.
