Misfire problem???

You can spray a light mist of water on the wires at nighttime, and sometimes you can see it jumping around. If you have a 302, make sure you route no. 7 wire away from no. 8 wire. These are both on the drivers side rear, next to each other, and they are also next to each other in the firing order. So they have a tendency to crossfire.
