Trailer connected/disconnected

I keep getting the trailer disconnected/connected warning and chime even when I don't have a trailer connected. Any thoughts? I do have a leer topper and am wondering if the harness that plugs into the truck may be causing this...

There is a TSB for that.

About time they realized there was a problem, thanks for the info now maybe I can do away with the velcro wrap
