Front hubs/drums

Does anyone know if there are differences in front hubs/drums for 67 through 72 f-100's 2 wheel drive?

1967 F100 2WD uses the same hub/drum as 1964/66 F100 2WD (C6TZ-1102-B). 1968/72 F100 2WD hub/drum is different (C8TZ-1102-E).

1967 F100 2WD's have the same front/rear brakes as 1953/66 F100 2WD: 11" x 2" front brakes; 11 1 3/4" rear brakes.

1968/72 F100 2WD's have 11" x 3" front brakes, 11 2 1/4" rear brakes.

I am looking at purchasing a 1967 F100 rolling chassis. My concern is availability of suspension parts, in particular stock spindles and drums. Not looking for dropped spindles.
