2006 cut key question.
Hello every one I do hope that all you good Ford loving people out here are finding yourself with great running vehicles , love in your hearts , and all the joy a person can stand! My question tonigh is dealing with a 2006 Ford F-150 pickups cut key. Here is the delima and maybe an answer to our question will be magically appearing soon!
A friend of mine had opened his home to a certain young lady and found that he had bit off more than he could chew when the young lady started behaving anything other than the way a lady of any sorts would act! Lol At any rate the girl ended up being wratched and after his hand had been extende further than it should he finally had to ask her to leave. Instead of being greatfull for the time she was given she instead tried to tear him apart for telling her she had to go. In the mix of all the drama she took his keys. Now he can not function properly because he hasn’t anyway too be Mobil because she took the keys to his truck. I have a key programmer that is capable of cleaning codes and reseting them again. He does not have any spares or anything and my question is this....
Does the 2006 Ford F-150 have a cut key pattern that will fit into any ignition to any of the other fords of that year and make. Or better explained if a buddy has a cut key from a Ford of the same year make and model , can it fit into my friends ignition and get them wiped clean and reprogrammed too his truck? Will his friends let fit into his ignition and have the ability to get re programmed.

Why does this post read like an email from a Nigerian prince asking the recipient to wire $5000 in order to claim a $10,000,000 inheritance? Tell your buddy to take his truck to a dealer to have the situation remedied.

Problem is that you don't find out that the chick is crazy until it's too late.
The Nigerian Prince usually only offers $100,000. You need to send a 1% refundable security deposit. Sort of like the core charge on a battery. Send him $1,000 now, and you will get back $101,000, with your core deposit refunded.

You are number 40 in line, and you are the best, because she saved it up all day for you. That guy you think is her cousin, who watches her kids while she dances in the go-go bar, is actually the father to her children. And you are giving your money to her, to support him.
Start calling locksmiths until you find one with the correct tools and equipment. They can rekey your truck. Dealership will charge you double, then call the same locksmith to do the actual work. Dealerships usually do not have all the specialty equipment and a locksmith on staff, because there is so little demand that they can't justify the payroll expenditure of a guy sitting around doing nothing. They always subcontract that out to a locksmith, who also does the same thing for every car dealership. Same way a dealership is not going to invest in a shop to remanufacture the transmissions. They will sell you a remanufactured transmission and charge you for the installation.
