HELP finding part

I am looking to replace a lost mud/splash guard. I have check with the dealership and they can not even locate the part # in their system.
The oem part # on the flap is F47J-16A263-AAW.
These were on the car when I bought it. I want the same ones.

Thank you
Andrea

On ford parts, many times the number you see is the casting number, not the actual Ford part number in the system.

Here is a picture of the mud flaps. The pic with 2 flaps are the rear ones and the picture with only one flap is the front one.
Thank you

How about telling us the year and model of your Ford?
Then go to the Ford dealer or call them, and ask if they have the stock OEM mudflaps available for purchase or special order for your specific vehicle.
Only refernce the casting number if they ask for it.

It was kind of blinged out when I bought it because it was the floor model.
I am going to go back to the original dealer, when I have money, and see if they can help me. My brother noticed that the rear did not really fit the molding of the trim, so they might go to another year or another model.

Thank you

Gee whiz, I didn't have any trouble finding it.

The oem part # on the flap is F47J-16A263-AAW // These were on the car when I bought it. I want the same ones.
This is not the part number, this is the ID engineering number marked on the flap. FoMoCo dealers can cross ID numbers over to part numbers.

There are no part numbers marked on parts after 1956.

And: Casting numbers are foundry marks, cannot be cross referenced to part numbers. These are found on engine blocks, heads, trans cases, rear axle housings and etc.

You didn't say, so I assume you want the front (rear is different). These were sold as a kit that included both R & L sides.

The part# you gave keeps coming up as the rear mud flaps...is that what you meant or is there another number?
