Plug fouling help

Long story short, this is a project truck that I bought back in October and have been trying to get on the road. I have been fighting it for a while. My plugs were fouled out so I put a new set in. This is what they looked like in less than a week if troubleshooting.

After going over everything with a neighbor who is a mechanic, he was convinced it was an injector problem. I pulled the injectors and they were nasty

they were all about this bad. I ordered some new ones but in the mean time I tried cleaning my old ones and reinstalled them with no change to the running of the tuck. I've got 2-3 business days until the new injectors get here so that else can I check in the mean time. Just off the top of my head, here is what has been replaced and/or checked. New distributor, cap, rotor, plugs, wires, map sensor, coolant temp sensor, air charge temp sensor wasn't replaced but the voltage is good on it, fuel pump, fuel regulator, fuel filter, O2 sensor, smog pump, tps voltage within specs.

The truck is only showing a 111 code but it's still blowing dark smoke out of the exhaust and has a rough idle when it's cold and doesn't really want to run at all when it warms up. Any help or advice of anything else to check would be greatly appreciated.

that is seriously gumbed up. your timing is at 10* btdc with spout removed correct? those plugs look like they are burning oil as well, possible there is a bad valve seals or bad rings. have you changed the oil and oil filter? have you changed out the T-stat? if not do so and make sure its a 195* unit. if motor doesnt get to proper temp the computer will compensate and run rich.
