Coolant hose bypass question.

I have a question about one of my heater hoses. I have a 2004 5.4L Expedition. The heater hose that exits the heater core goes to a T. One of the ends of the T goes to the rear heater core. The other end goes toward the back of the motor. My question is, where does that hose that goes to the back of the motor go to? I have looked but just can't see where it goes. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Not a great picture but there is a coolant line from the water pump under the intake to the back of the engine for the heater core.

Thanks Sam. I thought that is where it went. I just replaced the intake manifold gaskets and bypassed that coolant line. I ran heater hose around the outside of the intake and put an elbow off the back of the water pump. I never thought to check the routing of that hose when I had the intake off. Everything works great except I have no heat out of either heater. Worked before. Thanks again Sam I am.
