If you're referring to the 3.5L Cyclone DOHC v6, then it's very unlikely that its crank pulley bolt patterns are the same as the SBF 221/289/302/255/5.0L OHV v8. The v6 pulley uses 3 bolts, and the later v8s used 4. While the early v8's also used 3 bolts, it's unlikely that the holes will match, just due to the great generational differences.
I would guess the same holds true for the 3.8L Essex OHV v6.
You can always drill new holes in a pulley to make it match a balancer.
The V-6 pattern that I'm looking @ own E-pay has The same 4 Bolt holes as the V-8, the seller may have his V-6 #'s mixed up but there is Several own here with 4 Bolt holes for V-6's. Thanks
I'm not trying to under Drive, I'm Doing a Serp. set up with Factory Pulley's on and older 302. Using the 351w water pump Pulley with the Ratio staying the same vs. the slightly Smaller Crank Pulley it's going to even out. The pulley For the V-6 I bought for ****s and Giggles because it Looks promising. Same 4 bolt Pattern as V-8 pulley. I don't put myself in a Box when Exploring setups just because someone says it want work. But Thanks
Absolutely, But my 3G his higher up. I'm keeping up with various Part #'s as I go. I've already accomplished it with a 95 F-150 Crank Pulley and a Shimmed .050 March Water Pump Pulley. But I'm trying to do it with all Ford Pulley's. I think it's doable with the Different Crank Pulley Spacers that are Available. I've seen People Raising the Roof about not being able to do a Simple Serp. swap with out spending *** of Money. I like a Challenge and putten a Thumb in the after Market's Eye. Thanks for the Photo's. And by the way I'm using the Common 70's style Cast Iron Long Heavy Duty Pump.
