Just looking to see if anyone has any experience with line X’s paint match spray? Was thinking about getting my Ranch hand Bull nose Horizon front and rear bumper done to match the paint. If so could you post some pictures please and thank you!
What color are you wanting? Most of the colors are close, but they do not match perfectly. To me they almost look “cartoonish”. I have seen complete vehicles done and they look pretty cool. At least to me.
AS "m a dent says"....what color?
My Line-X retailer would not coat my bed white - saying the white would NOT match the tri-color/platinum white of my truck.
The retailer showed me pictures of their white - and as he said...it was "off-white" and was not even CLOSE.

looks nice, pearl wasn't available when I had mine done.
That was done back in 2012 ( That is not my truck either, it was done by line x in Henderson who has done great work for me previously), It comes down to the line x place. I have 5 dealers within a hour drive and none of them do anything but grey or black, have to drive over and hour to find someone that sprays colors and then the nearest line x that will do custom jobs is 6 hours. Wish they were more standardized. I suggest looking at the dealers work portfolio and even request a spray out before committing to a color.
They are supposed to tint the base material with your factory paint code as well as the Premium topcoat, I believe. Whatever you do, just make sure they completely encase the whole bumper and not just visible areas otherwise you risk adhesion issues, especially after several years. If you intend to keep it, you will eventually have adhesion issues if you do not, and if they aren't a qualified shop / applicator, you will have issues regardless. I had my entire F-150 done in black Xtra. (Dupont Kevlar micro pulp) Also, I can't speak to the Premium as I only had it on my bobber seat for a few years w/o issue and never any lengthy UV exposure, but at least the Xtra topcoat started flaking off after just a few years and left the typical dull finish underneath requiring a $400 Line-X Restore process which flaked off again sooner than previous.
After two years it starts Turning white and yucky even if you have a cover. I tried it twice with same results. Once you go black you won't go back LOL
