Can you hear the pump run when you attempt to use it? if so, the problem lies elsewhere, like a plugged or broke check valve, or the nozzles are plugged with wax or something else.
Does fluid leak under the truck when you run the pump, possible broken or disconnected fluid line.
On the 2015 F150 that I have, I canʻt get the fluid to spray on the windshield.
Has anyone needed to replaced the pump? switch or repair any harnesses?
I plan to go take a look right now, and yes there is fluid in the bottle thing.
Have you determined if you can hear the pump running?
If it is and there are no leaks pull the hose up by the battery where it tees off to the nozzles and blow into it. The screen at the bottom of the reservoir is most likely plugged. Blowing into the hose/tube will dislodge it.

No pump sound.
I did look at it, and thatʻs all I did. Look at it. I did not feel like draining the tank to do any trouble shooting.
I could just as well take it in to see if I can get this covered under warranty/extended warranty.
I did have to change mine in my '15. You can get to it from the passenger wheel well. Turn the wheel all the way to the right, pull the front half of the wheel liner back and it's right there. It's about a 20 minute job.

Rep points being sent to you.
I did go the extra mile and removed the front wheel. I had to make a trip the AutoZone to buy a 5.5mm socket to remove the little screws that hold the liner on. I drained most of the fluid first but some was still in the container and most of that ended up on the floor!
I replace the OEM China built pump with an Oreilly - probably made in China pump - and I was able to get everything working again. So thanks everyone for the help.
