Your next step should be to roll the #5 piston to bottom dead center and inspect the cylinder walls. Then have the heads checked by a machine shop to verify that the valves are sealing on that cylinder. You should have done a leak down test BEFORE removing the heads. That would have told you where your compression loss was.

Check the valves on the #5 head to see if they are seating properly.

I already stripped the heads and cleaned the surface and my heads are flat (I checked with a straight edge and feeler gauge) valves are still out but I did replace all the valve seals. Cylinder walls are all in good shape, pistons had carbon buildup but are clean now, I just need to get a torque wrench so I can put my heads back on.
