Navigation OEM add?

Will a 2010 Econoline van with a sync type radio system, steering wheel controls, rear view camera display in rear view mirror accept an OEM Navigation radio?
After driving Expy Limited last 2+ years its a must!
tried a search on phone.... Need to get back at work on a PC!!!

Late reply, but there are aftermarket modules that alloy you to run an aftermarket head unit (Kenwood, etc.) and still retain Sync features. Check Crutchfield for more info. I forget the name. That's the way I would go.
