Power door locks
I have a 2007 E-350. The power door lock on the front passenger door stopped working completely. The drivers side door and rear door will lock the doors but neither will unlock the doors. This all started at the same time. I'm trying to figure out where to start diagnosing at.

I would start by checking the driver's side door switch itself---sometimes they lose contact with the wiring harness and behave like you describe. Once its removed from the master switch block in the driver's door a small wire brush can be used to clean the small contact pins.
The door lock system requires all switches and interconnecting wiring to be 100% functioning---one bad connection or failing switch will cause issues with the entire system.
As a bit of advise if you're a DIY for such things get an EVTM or book of schematics specific to your year chassis---those are very useful for things like this. Here are two great buys for your year: First 2007 EVTM and: Second 2007 EVTM. If I did already have that year covered I'd snap other of these up.
