I’m going to stud my truck and will be pulling the injectors, should all the O-rings be replaced when reinstalled? If so, where’s best place to order them and should I use only oem?
Get the bore brushes if you want to get those bores spotless, pretty much rule of thumb you should be able to eat off the surface of a cleaned injector bore.
The little one works very nice for the crush washer surface.

I think it was Sean who might have found a slightly cheaper alternative?
Ed at FICMRepair rented a set of Aliant bore brushes to me when I did my injectors. I see no reason to buy brushes unless you plan on swapping injectors a lot.
Whenever you take out some with a o-ring always replace it! no matter what the anybody ever tells you! They are very cheap and easy to replace so the part won't leak. BTW

I concur! This goes for just about any part with O rings, gaskets and seals.
