390 FE Pistons
I know it is here some where cause I read it at one time. The question is I have a .030 390 block and I want to buy new pistons for it. I read where car pistons would give me compression than truck do to the height of the wrist pin location. I want to get a set of piston preferably flat top so regular gas might work in this motor when I finish. I like HP but I will drive this truck around town and to some car shows a long with taking it fishing. Regular gas is not a must when I finish but just a thought. Edelbrock RPM intake, Edelbrock aluminum heads and hope to get these two items in tunnel port design and then a nice little 780 Holley to fit the roller cam and lifters.
