I have been to 3 different dealerships and the cost is about $135. Includes oil change, tire rotation, multipoint inspection, shop fees, and hazardous. Shops were in VA and MA.

I might be wrong.....but at this price, they must have used a synthetic blend and not a full synthetic. What was the oil viscosity used? 15w40? 10w30? 5w40?

If they used Motorcraft oil and it wasn't 5w30 viscosity, then it was a blend or straight dino.

Motorcraft 10w30 is not FULL SYNTHETIC. It is pretty much straight dino oil similar to Rotella T4 10w30.

If it was just an oil change and tire rotation, they took ya man. I would totally look for another dealer, I would let folks know on social media and if they have a "satisfaction" web site I would give them 1 star. That's BS for just a simple oil change and tire rotation. Did they take the tires off the rims by hand and rotate them that way? BS man.
