Yes a full delete will void your warranty.
DPF delete, EGR delete, intake like an S&B, 5” Flo-Pro exhaust.
If you go this route use a EZ Lynk and tuning from Tyrant, GDP, Proven Diesel or another top tuner.
I have used all 3 with great results.
You will gain about 2-3mpg.
I run my 2015 on a 200 HP tune most of the time. I tow 10k trailers for work.
As long as you drive sensible you won’t have any mechanical issues.
I put 42,000 miles on my 08 F350 running a 275hp tune with not a lick of trouble....but again you have to pay to play. If you have issues, unless you have a really nice Ford dealer, you won’t have any warranty.
But so far....knock on wood.....I haven’t had to pay a penny for any repairs as I haven’t needed any.
