edelbrock help
Hi, Maybe some can help me. I have a 57 ford truck with a 272 Y block. I am running a 1405 edelbrock carb. I could never get it to idle rite but it was ok I could always hear a little pop in the exhaust like a rich lean thing going on. lately it has been idling rich but runs fine other wise. Any way I happen to have the lid off and looked down in to it and saw gas sitting around were the secondary weights are. Should gas be their? Do I have a internal leak? What would cause this? How can I fix it? Thanks for any help.
