I have a 1994 Ford F-150 with a 5.8w. I can hear the fuel pump come on and it will start for a little while but then it eventually cuts off and the fuel pump won't come back on. I've checked ALL fuses and relays at least twice now and I can't seem to find the problem. If anyone has had this problem and figured it out please let me know. Thanks, Jason.
Ground pin #6 of the self-test connector and see if it does the same thing.
If so maybe a bad Ignition switch.
If not try changing the Fuel Pump relay with the Horn relay.
Note if the engine is not running or cranking the fuel pump will only run for one second and quit and not come back on until you turn off the key.
