Please help me identify this connection :)

I have a 1995 Powerstroke. Just purchased. This connector is disconnected. I reconnected it and found had a harder time starting. Any help identifying what it serves it greatly appreciated! Thanks

It would help if guy pointed at exactly what he is meaning...

But if on the A/C circuit, it is the high side cutout switch. It has no bearing on startup.
