Changing out front and rears ends
I have a 94 f250 4x4,7.5 and a e40d with 4 10 gears,I can get both front and rear ends out of a new super duty 98 or 99,for 500 bucks with 3 73 gears, does anybody know what major issues I might have,I was told I will need new 8 lug metric rims.Thank You for any help you give.

Hopefully someone who knows will answer. Here are some possible "gotchas" that may or may not be significant.
TTB to solid axle swap. Not overwhelming by any means, but in addition to the '94 to '99 issues you'll be doing a solid-axle-swap. Front springs and track bar are the main things that come to mind (don't re-use the TTB springs, they're too stiff).
Spring spacing? I don't know if the spring pads are the same distance apart. The rear wouldn't be a huge deal to cut of and weld new on (if needed). Front might be a little more challenging?
Track bar mounting? The '94 F-250 wouldn't have one, but a '94 F-350 would, and the '99 would. Any challenges to getting one mounted between a '94 F-250 frame and a '99 axle?
VSS? It's in the rear axle of the '94. Maybe the same place on the '99? And if so, is it just plug-and-play, or will you need to do anything to get the '99 axle to tell the '94 computer how fast it's going?
U-joints? Don't know if the '94 and '99 axles have the same yokes. (Not that big a deal to get a driveshaft modified if it comes to that)
And yes, you will need wheels with a different lug pattern. And for what it's worth, I'm pretty sure there were no '98 SuperDuties. Ford jumped from the '97 old body style to the '99 SuperDuty
