2011 Expy upgrade to Navigation

I have a 2011 Expedition (limited) The vehicle has the standard single disc stereo. I want to upgrade to the Ford Navigation unit with the back up camera. Is this a possible upgrade? I know I will need to install a GPS antenna and run the wires for the back up camera. I found a Ford GPS stereo on Ebay that is reasonably priced. The swap would be fairly easy, but will it work? Thank you for any feedback or help with the swap.

There's a vid on YouTube upgrading from Sync 1 to Sync 2 if that's what you're after. I didn't save it as a favorite and it was a few months ago so I can't find it in my history
