4x4 Light is working. Can hear transfer case motor engaged in 4L but no power going to front wheels. 4H no sound by transfer case. Found a lot of info regarding relays however there is reference to a 15a fuse but I dont know where it is located. I have attached a screen shot of what I'm referring to. Nothing found in original owners manual.

it would help to know more about your truck... such as year/model/trim and engine (as the under hood panels changed between the years, engines and different trims)
theres a 4x4 fuse under the dash.. it is fuse 33.. Far right of the panel... very last horizontal fuse on the bottom of the row... that one is labeled Cluster, 4x4, Wipers.
for the under hood ones wed need to know the information requested...
If you can hear the motor shift and the light comes on, then the transfer case is shifting properly and your issue is with the front hubs. Try locking the hubs manually.
It is a 2000 F250 4x4 XLT Crew cab Diesel with 300,000+ miles.

on the 04's they didnt have a separate fuse under the hood... just the relays... for those itll be the smaller rectangular box containing 2 relays right next to the power steering reservoir... (the 10 amp fuse there in the pic is for the diesels injector control module)
the 06's had a 30amp square box fuse under the hood... in slot 03
so the only place you will have the 4x4 fuses on yours is in the master fuse box under the dash... unfortunately the location i gave before was for an 06... for the 04 theres a 10amp fuse in slot 19.. A 15 amp in Slot 31... as a square box 30 amp in slot 111
however there is not a seperate fuse to differentiate from 4hi and 4lo... they all ran off the same fuse... i suspect its like 00t444e said... its probably shifting the Tcase but if your finding your not getting 4wd in either id look at the hubs... 4hi is an easy shift from 2hi so the t-case wouldnt make much sound..
