no 4x4

Hi my 2002 expedition auto 4x4 is not working and it will not go into 4 hi or low, no lights on dash indicate as well looked at a few fuses but they looked ok does anyone have an idea thanks.

Check the 30-amp fuse #104 to see if it's blown. That fuse powers the electric shift motor down on the transfer case. If the fuse is good then the shift motor is likely no good.

No, on a 98 I believe its the 30-amp fuse #17 in the under hood fuse box.

Thanks. Im trying to track a 4x4 issue and I want to eliminate the easy stuff first.
