Replace Fan blade

I'm assuming you have to remove the radiators to remove the fan blade?

I found a good video on radiator replacement

I think you can remove the shroud and get to the fan that way.

I'm going to call my car insurance company tomorrow to see if this damage would fall under comprehensive coverage. If a deer would have damaged my truck it would be covered so I'm wondering if this would be.

Nope, upper fan shroud is removable.

Doesn't sound very difficult and the fan is less than $100. I'm sure your deductible will be more than that. If the fan clutch was damaged that might be another story.

Awesome! Thanks.
What has me worried is the engine feels like it will come out when I start the truck, there is so much vibration. Hard to believe a fan blade would cause that.
