Noise
Just a quick question, for any one that might know. I have a 93 3.0 shorty with 115k on it. I have just had all the shocks, brakes, and a tune up done. It appears to be running great but is remakably louder than before, I checked the exust system and it appears to be a newer system, and I had the shop check the muffler and they said it was fine, any ideas why it might be louder now than it was before I had the work done to it. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

after i had my 94' 3.0 tuned up i could hear a difference too. for me i think it was the fuel injector because i also had that cleaned out. so the louder noise for me, is just the fuel injector getting more fuel in. hope thats just the case for u too.

the last time i got the oil changed i noticed more engine growl with acceleration. i checked the air filter box and found it slightly ajar, letting air in. close it and stopped the growling. although i kinda miss it now... rick
