Once you have accessed the chip through a computer, you should see it where the red arrow is pointing. This was my setup when I first got my Hydra, now it is completely different, but the serial number does not change locations.
Same here. When I got mine, I ordered direct from PHP and I had done a lot of research. I had read everything on Hydra Help multiple times before installing. Seems like many people don't know about that website. It is very useful.
