Another def cel question

I have a 2011 6.7 with 58k. I was driving home and cel came on, went to dealer and they said the "reductive heater assy. was bad (warms def and measures level). I have since drove the truck with no other issues just the cel on, still regens and everything.

With that said i really dont have much faith in my dealer (not a very good rep for anything really besides being close to home) does this cel problem sound familiar to anyone? I hear there might be a computer flash update or something would this help? Is there a way i can clear my code to see if that helps?

You should be able to clear the code with a code reader (you can get mobile apps now-a-days that can work as a code reader too) and see if it comes back.
