Wrecking yards have plenty of 40/60 bench seats with a folding arm rest. To locate some in your area, search " car-part.com" . They most likely sell the two seats separately so you will have to call around to locate both sides in the same color. The yard can tell you which years will swap directly, but probably 98-2003 would be a safe place to start.

I see them for sale quite often on Craigslist. You need something with airbag sensors in the seats so look for 1995-2003 for identical seats. Although the newer seats from 2004-2011 with the higher back and more neck/head support should also bolt in. You may have to swap your existing seat tracks onto the new seats regardless of what you get. Tracks are different between super cab and regular cab trucks.
