Swapping seats

How difficult is it to swap from console seats to bench seats and vice versa? Thinking about swapping trucks with someone and we both want to keep our seats except mine are bench and his are console. Anyone know if this will be an issue? I suspect all of the connectors are there for the inverter and such. I also suspect we will have to swap over the under seat ventilation ductwork. I also believe that we will have to swap the cup holders on the lower part of the front dash on my truck. Anyone know what's under there? Anything else I should be thinking about?

I can't answer this one myself. But I did find a link from a great discussion earlier in the year on this subject. A lot of good pictures too! https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...r-console.html

Cool, thanks! Looks totally doable, especially given that we will have ALL of the parts needed between the two trucks. I think however it would be best to only swap the 20 seat and the console because I am sure there is a lot more involved with getting the AC to the rear seats with the console seat option. The bench seats do not have rear AC in the seats.
