I actually did just that as I noticed the same thing, I just didn't re-weigh as I had already done a weigh at 5.5" and 6.0" so I went with 5.75" for the memorial day weekend haul ;-)

for reference here is the 5.5" weights:
Front Axle: 3380
Rear axle: 5320
Trailer: 6760

Also forgot to mention my updates to the hitch. I lowered the stinger one bowl hole and added 3 washers for a total of 6 washers.
