If that's the factory spec, I guess it would make me more nervous not to hit it. What diameter are the studs?

I think they are: M14 x 1.5 so that would put them in the 150 range

thanks, rotating this weekend so needed to know,

also, do the pressure sensors know where they are when you rotate them? I have read that they do.

Well - where did you get that figure? From your other brother Daryl who just got out of bed, or out of the shop manual?

Owner's manual says 150. Chart shows 9/16 at 150; 14mm is very close to 9/16.

Makes me nervous, despite all that.

Not sure if they changed the design of the lug nuts on the '15+ but on mt '13 the chrome OEM "caps" started to split out and misshape.

did use impact to remove/install but limited the torque and finished with torque wrench. Pretty weak that a truck can't handle an impact.

Ended up replacing with a solid set from Gorilla. My Write-up HERE

Well there have been some infamous torque spec typos in the shop manuals over the years. Not too often, but it happens. I don't think that's the case here though.

If they are using metric fasteners they should be using Newton/Meters

Nah don't sweat it. Remember they are using real stout stuff for the wheel lugs. They need a high torque value to get them to stretch, and achieve the correct clamping force. If they say 150 ft/lbs I'd believe them.

Brother Daryl wants to know if the pressure sensors know where they are when you rotate them? He told me he read that they do. He's gonna rotate them after his nap.

If they get confused, there is a procedure outlined in the owner's manual where you do some fancy key work, lower the pressure in the LF tire until it honks, then go to RF, RR, LR.

Others have reported that the system figures it out by itself.

Can't say as the dealer as (supposedly) handled my tire rotations. When I did pick up a screw in one tire (GREAT! a damaged tire at 10,000 miles, now I gotta live with a patch.....) Anyway, it did show the correct tire with low pressure.

I bought a $20 TPMS learning tool. It takes me about 30-45 seconds to reset them all.
