We are on the road. The passenger window rolled down and now will not go up with any switch. All other windows work and it's like 20 outside and we have 200 miles to go. Any ideas?
Pull the door panel and shield, remove the two bolts that hold the window to the regulator, push the window up and either use tape or if you have a glass mount cell phone holder, attach it to the bottom of the glass and door frame to hold it up.
The window control pulls up from the front, disconnect harness. There's a 7mm fastener there and one under the red reflector in the door. Panel on my truck lifts up. Rain shield pulls off. Should be two nuts at the bottom of the glass if I remember correctly front and back. I've had to do the Lincoln LS windows way more than the SD, (once 15 years ago).
There should be numerous YouTube vids on working on the window.
