It might be hard to tell from the pics but after you mentioned that I also have the same issue with the drivers side rear wheel is in more than the passenger, so what the F is going here? 100% the box is off, but what else is?
If the axel was out of what then there would be serious issues, I'm betting your bed is out of whack, same with mine, what model of truck do you have ? How old?
I'm also having harsh wheel alignment problems with the truck pulling to the right but that is due to the ready lift and going to the shop Wednesday well, my truck only has 1100kms on it
Sorry I didn't see where you could notice yours as well. I took a measuring tape and measure from the frame to the fender well on each side and I'm getting a half inch difference. I have a 1.5 level on mine and mine pulls to the right as well.I guess the beds are out aligned? What did your trust angle say when you got it aligned? Mine was really bad so idk whats going on
Most of them are that way. On my 19, the driver side is flush while the passenger side is a bit off. On my 02, it's the same way. On my 98, the passenger side is flush and the driver side is a bit off. Going to leave it alone and drive it.

It's hard to tell from the pics, but after looking at the dealership you will see what iam saying, it's the box that is out 100% mot anything to do with your axel
I Just got back from the dealership, I looked at 30+ superdutys
And to my absolute disgust only 2 out of the 30 I looked at the bed was aligned with the cab!!!! A dually and a CCLB were the only ones that were perfect
28 out of the 30 were misaligned, I couldn't believe it!!!
Iam just happy its not only me!
75% are perfect alignment on the drivers side and out on the passenger side
The other 25% were out on the drivers side and flush on the passenger side
JK22, you gotta head to the dealership and check them out
There were 5 2020s there and 3 out of the 5 were off either way
It was getting dark out, I was going to take a ton pics
Well, I guess that is better than the rear axle being jacked uo. I will def take a look tomorrow. My wide wheels just make it so much more noticable, which drives me nuts. My driver side door is awful too. It literally looks like it is bent out a little on the bottom. 80k platinum and it drives me nuts. May have to switch on my next truck.
Can be the cab or the bed, or a combination of both depending on how the factory ate up the allowable tolerances in positining them on the assembly line.
I made an appointment with my dealer's body shop and they were finished in less than an hour.
And it was the dealer's body shop that mentioned the 12-month / 12k miles adjustment warranty.
Iam very curious to know what they did with your truck and how would it take only 45 mins?
Did the loosen up the cab bolts or the box bolts?
To re align a cab, would they have to literally take the seats and carpet out ?
or is this all done from underneath the truck ?
Thanks for mentioning the 12 month 12,000k alignment warranty
I would like to see this in writing I cant find it anywhere

Yes please do take a look! I have 37x12.5x18 that were on for only 2 weeks before winter hit and I put my studded tires on, so I never got to notice when I had my wide tires on either, it will make me crazy as well when I start looking at it with the wide tires.
when I was there I also looked at the trim levels to see the differences and if the highter levels has better tolerances, Not a chance, all messed up, there was even a Limited there that was the worse out of them all!!!! Has to be an inch and an inch to inch and a half out on passenger side. Dont feel bad they are all like that
Please let me know tomrrow, you will be pleasantly disgusted lol
I feel alot better though now that in not the only one, we are among the 90% of superdutys that are like this crazy isnt it!
So when I looked at mine closely what I was thinking was the bed. I dont think axles are set out of alignment or the truck wouldnt track straight. I imagine there is tolerance in the holes where the bolts go through the bed so they can align. Funny they all seem to favor the drivers side. If I was inclined to adjust I would loosen the bed bolts and pull or push the bed to the passenger side. With my truck the drivers side is flush and the passenger side is in I would say less than an inch. But as you move to the right. Your adding to one side while subtracting from the other. So 1 inch total means 1/2 inch of misalignment. For me its not worth messing with. Unless as the one poster mentioned.. My local linex shop removes the bolts for application. But Im betting they wont want the liability of moving the bed around.
I learned boat building from a master boat builder years ago. I'd be there measuring **** to get it equal side to side down to the 32nd. He'd walk in, laugh and say, "can't see both sides at the same time, Ace... won't affect the ride"... or "it ain't a piano, Ace".
That said, I've read thoroughly about the alignment issues observed by other members and I am a perfectionist with a keen attention to detail. I'm pleased with the body alignment and fit and finish of my 2019 CCSB 4x4 SRW.

So what you are saying is that you are pleased with the body alignment fit and finish down the "ONE SIDE " of the truck you are looking down ?
