Auto lock hub help needed
Im having a really hard time replacing the autolocking hubs. I had to use a rubber mallet to get them out. The drivers side went in with some effort but the passenger side wont slide in. Ive been tapping on it with a mallet to try to get it to set but it wont slide in enough to put the retainer ring. After taping on it with the rubber mallet the edge chiped off and the dial sticks out and looks like this. What am I doing wrong?

It's been a long time since I put new hubs on our EX. If they came off hard, did you clean where they mount and check the axle shaft splines are unobstructed? You may not be getting the inner and outer splines lined up. Lock the hub and rotate the tire back and forth. It should slip in place without needing to pound on it. Maybe take some pictures of the hub.
