Or you could check with these folks to see if they can repair/program in the correct odometer reading:

Does anyone have a diagram of the PSOM circuit board? I am not sure which component is the EPROM. I also have 3 PSOMs on hand. 1 Original (Stamped 1990), 1 Currently Using (Stamped 1990), and 1 extra (Stamped 1992). Is the extra PSOM (Stamped 1992) interchangeable with the other two? The 1992 has a different amount of capacitors on the lower right hand side.

We got the chip swapped over. Its only been driven a few times since. One time the unit did not power up and I thought "here I go again", but it came on after turning the key again.
