Help

Ok, so I need some help, my 30 amp ficm relay fuse works only when it wants, I can wiggle it and sometimes it'll work sometimes it won't, wanted the dealer I got it from put the fuse in it when I went to test drive it so I'm assuming they pulled the fuse in and out a few times since it was there for a while. 04 f250 6.0

If the dealer was pulling the fuse (which is not normal), that would lead me to believe there was something wrong with it (parasitic draw maybe) before you bought it. If they gave you a warranty, they should fix it.

Agree with seville, but more about the fuse...is there corrosion of some sort on the metal contacts? Is it tight in the box when you put it in? Do the contacts in the fuse box have corrosion?
