30 amp fuses on engine
While replacing the Glow Plug Relay there was a arch from a washer which blew a 30 amp fuse located in the engine compartment fuse box. My friend took out another 30amp fuse from the same box and we promptly blew that as well. The truck runs fine without these two but NEED to know WHAT they are for and WHERE the little diagram is that explains the purpose for each of the fuses in this box.

I don't know the model year of your truck, but my '95 has a schematic molded into the fuse box cover. It doesn't tell you exactly what the fuse is for, but tells you what size fuse is for each slot. If you can tell us which fuse is blowing, for example the third from the bottom in the left row, we might be able to figure it out from an owner's manual.
