Ive used some stuff that stopped the shutter, but it wasnt called anti shutter fluid, It was a two part Flush/Conditioner I bought from a local tire and lube place. At around 43k I started getting a shutter in overdrive when I would get to crusing rpm. I dumped the first can(flush) and drove about 5-10 miles and the shutter was gone. I changed the fluid and filter and added the conditioner and havent had a problem of any kind relating to transmission operation.
I was shocked that a $10 snake oil kit saved me from replacing the trans, as was suggested to me. The trans has 261k on it to date
A couple of months ago my transmission started having trouble shifting. I took it to Mr. Transmission in Valdosta GA and he said my bands were burnt, my clutch was burnt and it would take $1850.00 to fix it. Since it wasn't slipping a declined his service and put a can of SeaFoam Trans Tune in it. It started shifting okay the next day and I have about 4,000 miles on it since then. I recommend it highly.

SeaFoam is great stuff the trans tune, engine treatment, and deep creep (the aresol version of the engine treatment) and the new stuff, bugs be gone are all great products.
if you hate bugs on the glass, and get sick of pulling over to scrape em off all the time, add a bit of the stuff to the fluid resevior, and they clean right off.

SeaFoam...its not just for de-carbing and engine anymore!
