I never found a definite solution, and last I knew no one else really had either. I went through a front end alignment, road force balancing the tires multiple times, replaced a tire (had the oem Michelin LTX AT2 20”), and replaced the steering stabilizer with the Fox 2.0 (helped immensely, but didn’t totally eliminate it - probably just helped mask the real problem). Dealer would say they had it driving smooth as glass, and I’d go anywhere from a mile from the dealer to 500 miles and it’d be doing it again. I still think it was tire related, or a combination of tires and something. The new stabilizer made it bearable, so I kind of gave up. Some surfaces would be fine, and others would really get it going. I think there are a few members on this forum that are going through a buy back by Ford for this issue. I traded mine for a ‘19 (after driving a co-workers ‘18 over the same areas that made mine vibrate and his was fine) and it hasn’t done it yet. I’m still going to replace my stabilizer with the Fox 2.0 because I think it will drive that much nicer. Wish I had a better answer!
So I actually met a guy at a Harbor Freight last week who mentioned that he had a 2017 and the Ford Dealer bought it back for this same problem. He was there in his brand new 2019 model with dealer plates still. I have a 2017 but have not noticed this issue.

Ford bought mine back for the same problem. My 2019 is at the dealership now waiting on paperwork to complete the buyback process. Road forced 3 times, 2 sets of tires....nothing they did fixed it. I hope the new one doesn’t do it.

My truck has done that since new. I took it in once and the dealer rebalanced tires, they were off a lot from the factory. It helped quite a bit when not towing. The next time I towed, the vibration was worse than unloaded. I took it back in, they rechecked the balance and rotated the tires. That helped a little when towing. I still have a little vibration at ~65+ when not towing and it's a little worse while towing.

When we get back after our Thanksgiving week camping trip, the truck is going in for the annual oil change and fuel tank TSB, so I'm going to bring it up yet again and ask for a road balance since it'll be the third time. If it still isn't fixed, I'll pay for road balancing just to try that. If it's still there, I'll probably start getting the tires and wheels looked at more closely. I know guys who've had the stock 20" Michelins replaced under warranty.
i have alittle experience with tire vibration on two different trucks with two different brand tires and sizes. both times the suspect tire was deflated and clocked 180* and vibration gone. if it were me i would give that a try since your pretty much down to throwing hail marys

I drove for two days, still vibrated. I returned to Discount, they checked the balance again and their machine said my tires required more weight they were out of balance. They’re guessing I have a bad set. They ordered me a new set of tires. I’ll let you know if the new tires fix my issue.
UPDATE: Weirdly Discount Tire found three of my four tires to be bad. They stood behind there product and replaced all four tires. I drove from Seattle to west Texas and back this week. 4000 miles on the new tires and my truck ran smoothly.
