Lights on headache rack
reciently recieved a bare headache rack that was in my daughters barn when she moved in her new place, looking at building it up with some mesh and supports, getting Line X sprayed on it to match my diamondback cover. Was thinking about adding the brake lights into it and was curious if anyone had the led lights on theirs without the led lights option on the truck, does it cause any hyper flash issues with the turn signals? Looking at Magnums wiring harness they sell to tie into the brake light harness to connect them.

Crappy pic, but this was taken the evening I got my headache rack mounted. I could not see the point of spending $100 for the adapter cable. I simply pulled the taillights, tapped into the needed wires, and used a fai amount of splicing tape, Loom and zip ties to follow the factory harness back to to front of the box. No issues yet, it’s been two weeks.
