LED Headlights Causing Interference? 2002 F150
Alright, so i have a 2002 Ford F-150 with an older model Pioneer brand radio. Soon going to be changed to Kenwood but beside the point. I put a set of LED headlights in the truck and while lights are on my radio goes to basically all static. Like it wont let any radio signals in. I put a Ferrel clip on each headlight bulb wire, it helps if i have like a GREAT signal for the station but lower end stations are still just static. This also happens when i have my 50" light bar on. I have a 2000 Mustang and have had LED headlights in it for a couple of years now, i have never had the problem of interference from the led lights, it has led tails, turns, third brake. Everything is led on it. The mustang has a Kenwood head unit which is why i thought about trying a kenwood instead of Pioneer in my truck. Any ideas? Anything helps at this point!
