Knocking noise?

Knocking noise?
My 2016 F-250 Lariat (6.7 power stroke) started making this noise...any one have any thoughts as to what it is (link to video below)? It has 21.5k miles and I just had the track bar replaced (and tires balanced/aligned) due to “death wobble.” It seemed to only happen around 45mph in 5th gear. No real vibrations, just the noise.

My suggestion it to loosen the TB, move the truck forward and backward to unbind everything. Then retighten and torque to spec...with the weight of the truck on the ground. My guess is they put the truck on a lift to do the work then tighten it up on the lift. If that doesn’t solve it, check all the suspension parts for bad bushings etc. :drinks:

I do know they didn’t have it on the lift during the track bar replacement. I’ll definitely check for bad bushings but w/only 21.5k miles, I wouldn’t think they’d be bad already?! And like I said, there’s not shimmy per se’, and it was only happening in one gear at one speed. But I’m up for trying anything at this point!
