For shocks there are a few places you can get them from.
One would be a local parts store.
Rock Auto may also have them along with other suspension parts as needed.
I would think any of the Ford suppliers, DC, LMC, etc. Would carry them.
All should give you a section to pick from.
For my 81 F100 I went thru LMC as I was also getting other parts only they could get.
