posting pictures

Is anyone else having problems posting pictures?

I have tried everything. It all seems to work fine, right up to the point where I hit the upload button.
Then the box closes, and the pictures just never show up in the thread.

I've tried it from two different computers, windows 10, windows 7 and my android phone and its the same for all of them.

Whats going on?!

OK I think I have figured out one of the picture problems.
If you try and insert a picture before you type text it doesn't seem to work.

Above I tried to insert just a pic and it failed.
Then I typed some text and tried to insert a pic and it worked.
