Have you looked at 4Wheel Parts Warehouse or Realtruck.com? There should be plenty of companies offering lift kits for your truck. The lift will probably sit a little higher in front with 5.4 vs diesel
There are a lot of lift options out there for these trucks, but you are going to have to be more specific before someone can really offer any advice. How much lift do you want? What do you do with your truck? etc.
As mentioned above for better help providing more information will help. I have a 2002 250 5.4. I added readylift 4" rear blocks and a 2" perch and shackle leveling kit from Sky offroad and I can fit 35s with no rubbing, flexing offroad, after I removed the mudflaps.
if you're looking for more lift, super lift, SD truck springs, ready lift and many others offer full kits as well as parts to do the same job. PMF suspension and ATS are other companies to look at as well for springs and other suspension components.
If you tow unless you already have 4.30 gears I would really consider gears. I have 4.10s and when I'm on 35s not towing it's quite noticeably less powerful.
Here are a few options, springs for the rear are better then blocks. I would recommend looking at a 5 or 6 inch rear lift to compensate for the trailer weight so you're level when towing.
I put an Icon 4.5" lift on my 2002 F250. I was really happy with it. It had 17x8.5 wheels and 35x12.50 tires on it. It used spring hangers and blocks, so it wasn't affected by gas vs. diesel springs. It was an easy install too.

That’s a great looking truck. Did that wheel tire combo rub at all? Remember what offset that wheel was?

I "believe" they were 4.5" backspacing on a 17x8.5. I haven't had that truck in nearly 10 years now, but don't recall it rubbing the leaf springs. I know it didn't rub anywhere else. The wheels were Weld X-Landers if you can find any info on them. They have been discontinued for a while now.
