Tow Mirror Year Compatability
I swapped out my original '03 tow mirrors for the later model style. I'm going to list mine for sale on Ebay. What year model trucks will they fit so I list them right

Electric versions fit 2001-2004
manual version fit 2004-2007
Probably either will fit 2001-2007 depending on their needs

What Just Strokin said (that's what I get for leaving the window open and taking forever to write a reply).
I'm pretty sure they fit the 99-04 trucks plug-wise. If someone wanted to get an adapter (or cut/splice the wires) then they fit up through the '07 model.
There was an electrical re-design in 2002 (I'm not sure if it affected the mirror plug) and I know they changed the plug starting in 2005.
