Intake/Exhaust Stud Location
Are the bolt or stud hole located in the same place on the carb 68cc 240 head and on the carb 76cc 300 head?
The 240 head year is unknown, the 300 head is a 1971.
I want to install a one pc Remflex 3080 intake / exhaust gasket on my 1971 F250 with a 300 inline 6 motor.
Just want to make sure it will fit my 1971 F250 pickup

Thanks, I believe they are the same also but I would like to be sure before I lay out $45 for the Remflex 3080 intake/exhaust gasket.
If they are the same does the 300 EFI head use 1 extra bolt/stud?

FuzzFace2 - thanks for the additional information. The RemFlex 3080 gasket has holes for 16 bolts or studs. My 240 head has 14 holes for studs or bolts. I think it will work out fine.
