Better headlights
I have read a ton of threads on this subject but nobody seems completely satisfied with either bulb changes or complete new headlight assemblies on the 11-16 superduty. So does anyone make a quality unit that’s worth upgrading? When I jump from my 16 f150 with factory led lights to my stock 2012 f250 it’s pathetic. Looking for an upgrade. Thanks

See if you can put the same lights you have in the F150 into the F250.
There have bern a few threads too about upgrading the wiring so that they are hooked up directly to the battery. Was going to try it for my 2011 F350, but never did.

There has been a lot of praise on here about beam tech LED replacement bulbs. For 40$ for the pair you may want to try them before you delve into different housings or higher end options.
personally I would opt for a complete retrofit. I did and its been fantastic upgrade. Expensive but 6 years now with no real issues. I had the ballasts fail but it was the whole line and the company replaced them for free and have had no issues since.
they now make Bi-LED projectors that would be a significant upgrade over even some factory setups.

keep in mind these require the opening of the headlight and modification of the headlight housing.
